December 2019 Race – Race to the Holidays

• This promotion is valid from Sunday, December 1^st from 12:00 AM through Tuesday, December 31^st at 11:59 PM ET.
• Players must opt in to the promotion, make a deposit of $20 or more, and earn Golden Points during the promotional period to be eligible to receive a free play bonus reward.

WEEKLY MISSION Points Challenge (Promotional Offer):

• The Mission will run weekly, Monday – Sunday, throughout 2019, in conjunction with the wagering race.
• The final mission of 2019 begins December 23^rd, 2019.
• Players will have the opportunity to earn leaderboard points plus earn a free play bonus through a weekly prize draw when they opt in every day and make eligible wagers. In order to be eligible to enter the prize draw, players must have accumulated a minimum of 50 points during the mission timeframe. For player’s points to show on the leaderboard, they must have earned at least one point.
• The weekly prize draw will feature a $3,000 weekly prize pool and 400 winners.
• At the start of each weekly mission period, a community points goal will be set.
• “Community” refers to all players who have opted in to the promotion and earned at least one point during the mission timeframe.
• Players can opt in daily and earn points in order to reach that goal.
• If the community points goal is met, the $3,000 prize draw will be held at the end of that mission period.
• If the community points total isn’t reached in the mission’s one-week timeframe, the prize draw and prize amount will be moved to the following week, and that prize total will be multiplied (from $3,000 to $6,000, etc.)
• If the community points total isn’t reached after two weeks, the prize amount will keep transferring to the following week(s) until the goal is met.
• Players can earn a maximum of 100 points per day of the mission period, with 700 as the maximum total points that players can earn for the mission period.

YEARLY RACE 2019 - $1 Million Dollar Race

• This promotion is valid from Tuesday, January 1^st 2019, 12:00 AM ET through Tuesday, December 31^st 2019, 11:59 PM ET.
• Monthly installments will be paid out on the first Tuesday of every month in 2020.

• Players who opt in with the provided bonus code and earn Golden Points during the promotional period will be eligible to receive a free play bonus reward listed below.
• The top 50 players on the displayed leaderboard who collect the most Golden Points during the year, chosen by tickets earned through Golden Points (1 ticket per every 100 Golden Points earned), will be eligible to get a free play bonus or equivalent tangible prize, as follows:
  • 1^st place/top prize winner will receive a lease to drive a luxury automobile for a year, or $36,000 free play bonus awarded monthly at $3,000 per month in 2020.

• Player is responsible for all federal and state taxes that accumulate as part of tangible prizes.
• The yearly race 1^st place winner, who chooses the Rolls-Royce Wraith or comparable vehicle instead of the free play bonus, will be liable for all the costs related to the lease of the vehicle including, but not limited to, the license and registration costs, delivery costs, full coverage insurance and vehicle maintenance costs. The vehicle has an estimated fair market value of $128,000.
• A single player cannot win more than one prize in the yearly race prize pool.
• Golden Nugget reserves the right to substitute for alternate prizes of equal or comparable value.

** Wagering Requirements for FREE Play Bonus Reward:

• The wagering requirement of 1x (one times) the bonus must be met to convert the bonus funds or bonus winnings to cash.
• Therefore, the requirements specified above means that players have to wager 1x (one times) the amount of the bonus before they can withdraw any bonus funds and bonus winnings, which will be noted under bonus balance.
• Wagering requirements refer to the amount of money player’s stake during the betting process, relative to the amount of the bonus - otherwise known as the amount 'turned over.'
  • For example, if a player were to receive a $500 bonus, they will then be required to place bets to the value of $500 ($500 x 1) before the bonus money and bonus winnings become cashable.

• For example: a $10 bet on a game listed at 100% will count as a $10 bet towards meeting the wagering requirements. A $10 bet on games listed at 20% will count as a $2 bet towards meeting the wagering requirements, and on games listed at 25% will count as a $2.50 bet towards meeting the wagering requirements.

• All winnings made with bets from the bonus wallet will be retained in the bonus wallet until the wagering requirements are completed.
• For clarity, all winnings from bets made with cashable wallet funds (players own cash) are available for the players to wager or withdraw at any time.
• Player’s cashable funds (players’ own cash) is wagered first at all times, even if a cash deposit is made before using all the bonus funds.
• If a player withdraws their bonus that is active, they will be given the choice to continue to withdraw and forfeit their existing bonus balance (which will include any winnings made with bonus funds or a portion of bonus funds) or cancel the withdrawal to continue playing and retain the bonus balance.
• Any player that accepts to continue the withdrawal and forfeit the current bonus balance will not be able to change this after clicking on the accept button. 
• If the wagering requirements are not completed within seven days, the entire balance (bonus+bonus winnings) will be removed.
