- A qualifying load is defined as a successful transaction to load the Golden Nugget Prepaid Card with a Debit/Credit card, and may be loaded via Mobile Application, or on the Card Holder site here.

Who may participate:

- Enrolled account holders can participate. Newly enrolled card holders will begin receiving $1 cash back on qualifying loads of $100 or more from the first successful transaction.

- After the transaction has been made a personalized card will be mailed to you.  Upon activating the personalized card, your virtual account will close and all balances and incentives transfer to your personalized account. The personalized account allows all the features of your virtual account, including earning cash back and qualifying bonuses, and can be used at ATMs and for POS purchases.

- Existing account holders will begin earning cash back as of 12:00 am EST on July 19, 2016. If a card is closed due to fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or by customer request, the promotion will be terminated on that card. Sightline Interactive LLC. reserves the right to pursue any funds as a result of the incentive being triggered on chargeback or fraudulent transactions loaded to the prepaid account.

 

Charge Backs and Misuse of the Incentive

- Sightline Interactive will pursue collections on any funds issued to a card holder that commits fraudulent or charge back transactions.

- The cashback incentive will be deducted from any available balance, and if there is no balance available, a negative balance will be in effect.

- Each transaction that is in a charge back status, will be subject to disqualify the card holder from the program. In addition, if it is found that a card holder is suspected of fraudulent funding, transactions, or fraudulent POS/ATM spending, the card will be placed on “fraud block” status, and appropriate action will be taken.

- If it is found that a card holder is using the cashback incentive in a manner that is not associated with the intention of iGaming within the Golden Nugget Online Casino site. Sightline Interactive, as well as Golden Nugget has the right to disqualify any person from participating in the cashback incentive at any time, without notice given.

- Furthermore, the intention of the cashback incentive shall be terminated individually if it is decided by Sightline Interactive, or Golden Nugget that the card holder is using the Golden Nugget Prepaid card for reasons other than loading the intended funds directly to the iGaming account in more cases than not.

- A high majority of the loaded transactions must be applied to the Card Holders iGaming wagering account within the Golden Nugget Online Casino.

 

 Cashback Offer

- Every qualifying transaction will trigger the $1 incentive to be placed back onto the card holder’s prepaid account.

- These transactions are on a “per transaction basis” and will be applied appropriately after each successful funding transaction of $100 or more.

- The time expected for the $1 incentive to be applied to the card holders account will automatically generate moments after the load has been approved and applied.

Cancellation/Opt-Out

  • Players may cancel/opt-out of a promotion by contacting customer support via our Help Center.
  • Upon request for cancellation, customer support will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds (cashable) that will be returned and the value of restricted funds (non-cashable) that will be removed from the player’s Internet gaming account.
