-The cash back promotion will reward all participating card holders that have a Golden Nugget Prepaid Card in “open” status.
-Card Holders will be rewarded $1 cash back to their prepaid card accounts, on debit card and credit card loads of $100 or more.
- This promotion will end on Dec 31, 2017. $1 per qualifying loads of $100 or more will be applied to the card holder’s prepaid account moments after the load has been successfully completed by debit card/credit card, to card funding.
- A qualifying load is defined as a successful transaction to load the Golden Nugget Prepaid Card with a Debit/Credit card, and may be loaded via Mobile Application, or on the Card Holder site here.
- Throughout the entire length of the promotion, there will be no monthly fee as well as no deposit fee charged to card holders. See the Summary Fee table here below:
Who may participate:
- Any cardholder can participate. Newly enrolled card holders will begin receiving $1 cash back on qualifying loads of $100 or more from the first successful transaction.
- After the transaction has been made, the personalized card will trigger like normal, and the incentive will transfer from the online account, as will any balance to the personalized card upon card holder activation. The Personalized card will continue to earn them cash back on qualifying loads.
- Existing card holders will begin earning cash back as of 12:00 am EST on July 19, 2016. If a card is closed due to fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or by customer request, the promotion will be terminated on that card. Sightline Interactive LLC. reserves the right to pursue any funds as a result of the incentive being triggered on chargeback or fraudulent transactions loaded to the prepaid account.
Charge Backs and Misuse of the Incentive
- Sightline Interactive will pursue collections on any funds issued to a card holder that commits fraudulent or charge back transactions.
- The cashback incentive will be deducted from any available balance, and if there is no balance available, a negative balance will be in effect.
- Each transaction that is in a charge back status, will be subject to disqualify the card holder from the program. In addition, if it is found that a card holder is suspected of fraudulent funding, transactions, or fraudulent POS/ATM spending, the card will be placed on “fraud block” status, and appropriate action will be taken.
- If it is found that a card holder is using the cashback incentive in a manner that is not associated with the intention of iGaming within the Golden Nugget Online Casino site. Sightline Interactive, as well as Golden Nugget has the right to disqualify any person from participating in the cashback incentive at any time, without notice given.
- Furthermore, the intention of the cashback incentive shall be terminated individually if it is decided by Sightline Interactive, or Golden Nugget that the card holder is using the Golden Nugget Prepaid card for reasons other than loading the intended funds directly to the iGaming account in more cases than not.
- A high majority of the loaded transactions must be applied to the Card Holders iGaming wagering account within the Golden Nugget Online Casino.
- Every qualifying transaction will trigger the $1 incentive to be placed back onto the card holder’s prepaid account.
- These transactions are on a “per transaction basis” and will be applied appropriately after each successful funding transaction of $100 or more.
- The time expected for the $1 incentive to be applied to the card holders account will automatically generate moments after the load has been approved and applied.
